Retreat into Colour and Texture
A somewhat belated report on our retreat last year…we had 68 attendees which made for a whopping good time!
The theme of Colour and Texture was well-received by the participants. Ladies came to dinner Saturday night decked out in their favourite colour. As a surprise, everyone was also given a cushion kit to cushion the chair seats. This was taken to enthusiastically by many members who enjoyed the fruits of their labour:
We had a lot of classes on offer this year. All were well supported. A special thank you to our class instructors for making it all possible. Here are few photos of the output:

All in all it was an enjoyable weekend and the weather couldn’t have been better. Thank you to the Committee: Lyn Cooper, Janine Winchcombe, Jocelyne Chauvidan and Siska Dart for their tireless efforts and fabulous ideas in making this weekend happen.
