"Off to the Races" Quilting Retreat 2026
Saturday 31 October to Monday 2 November
We have booked a minimum of 40 participants for this year's Retreat, based on double occupancy (20 rooms). If we don’t meet the attendance target, we will NOT proceed with the Retreat. However, to avoid that situation, we have decided to invite members of other quilting guilds to join us at this retreat AND allow friends of our members to come along too, as long as they become members to be covered by insurance.
Sharing rooms is strongly encouraged to keep costs down, as the craft room hire is a fixed cost shared across attendees.
If you require transport to the venue, this can be arranged.
- A 'Retreat' table for booking and payment, or for asking more questions, will be available at our Monthly General Meetings
- A $100 deposit is due for each booking by 30 June with full payment by 20 August
- Members may book any time as long as the full amount is paid by 20 August
- Refunds of deposits are only available up to 31 July
- No refunds after 30 September unless the participant can find someone to take their place
- Lunches (Sat, Sun, Mon)
- Dinners (Sat, Sun)
- Linen
Not Included:- (Members to bring with them)
- Personal Breakfast requirements
- Please bring some morning and afternoon tea to share
- Sewing machine, tools, projects
- Hand sewing
- Show and tell, etc

- $450.00 - Double room occupancy (2 people per room, separate beds)

- $610.00 - Single room occupancy
NOTES:

Activities:
As with all quilt retreats, it is entirely your choice as to what you work throughout the Retreat. Either BYO your sewing machine, or work on your hand sewing.
