The Christmas meeting was attended by 96 members, with 5 apologies. Members enthusiastically dressed tables to match our Christmas theme. As well, members came dressed in Christmas colours, and displayed Christmas trimmings and jewellery. Our catered Christmas lunch was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone, and Santa's visit with the Kris Kringle gifts was a lot of fun for us all. The photos below show members in their Christmas finery.
The meeting extended our most sincere appreciation to Alison for her work with Caring and Sharing over many years. Jan Haggert and Margaret Wilson shared some stories of past retreats. Can you believe the retreats started in 1983?
Remember if you have some quiet time in January the Exhibition Challenge is a Table Runner (rectangle) and the three sections for the Exhibition Shop are Babies, Christmas and General items. Of course, this is not to be taken as a hint!!

I had a great time at the Christmas meeting. It was really good fun and the dinner was excellent.
It was the finale to a very enjoyable year at Ps and Qs. I am looking forward to 2019 and it has arrived already.
