SUMMARY:Ps & Qs Members Retreat 2026
DESCRIPTION:Members are invited to the Patchworkers and Quilters Guild\n"Off to the Races" Quilting Retreat 2026\nSaturday 31 October to Monday 2 November\n  \nWe have booked a minimum of 40 participants for this year's Retreat\, based on double occupancy (20 rooms). If we don’t meet the attendance target\, we will NOT proceed with the Retreat. However\, to avoid that situation\, we have decided to invite members of other quilting guilds to join us at this retreat AND allow friends of our members to come along too\, as long as they become members to be covered by insurance. \nSharing rooms is strongly encouraged to keep costs down\, as the craft room hire is a fixed cost shared across attendees.\nIf you require transport to the venue\, this can be arranged. \n\n					Important Dates: \n\nA 'Retreat' table for booking and payment\, or for asking more questions\, will be available at our Monthly General Meetings\nA $100 deposit is due for each booking by 30 June with full payment by 20 August\nMembers may book any time as long as the full amount is paid by 20 August\nRefunds of deposits are only available up to 31 July\nNo refunds after 30 September unless the participant can find someone to take their place\n\n\n					Further Retreat Information:\nIncluded:- \n\nLunches (Sat\, Sun\, Mon)\nDinners (Sat\, Sun)\nLinen\n\nNot Included:- (Members to bring with them) \n\nPersonal Breakfast requirements\nPlease bring some morning and afternoon tea to share\nSewing machine\, tools\, projects\nHand sewing\nShow and tell\, etc\n\n				 \n					Cost(s): \n\n\n\n$450.00 - Double room occupancy (2 people per room\, separate beds)\n\n\n\nOR \n\n$610.00  - Single room occupancy\n\nNOTES: \n\n\n\nA $100 deposit is required for each booking by 30 June\, with full payment due by 20 August.\n\n\n\n OR \n\nMembers may book at any time\, provided the full amount is paid by 20 August.\n\n				 \nActivities:\nAs with all quilt retreats\, it is entirely your choice as to what you work throughout the Retreat.
